April 2025 Antique Alley Vendor Pricing

Price includes both

Friday and Saturday during Antique Alley

10x10 Outside with electricity - $90.00

10x10 Outside without electricity - $65.00

8x10 Inside with electricity - $100.00

8x10 Inside without electricity - $75.00

Multi-Event Discount

10% discount if you register and pay for both Spring and Fall Antique Alleys in advance

Check yes on the vendor application if you would like to

register and pay for both events and we will apply the

10% discount to your invoice.

Vendor Agreement

* The Vendor/Exhibitor assumes all risk and hazard incidents to his/her own exhibit/venue, the vendor's and representatives, and other persons in his exhibit/vendor area.
* It is understood that the exhibitor/vendor assumes no financial liability pertaining to the events success beyond the cost of his/her exhibit/vendor display area.
* Exhibitors/Vendors are responsible for the safety and cleanliness of their contracted spaces.
* Exhibitors/Vendors are required to supply their own tables, chairs, power cords, and trash containers.
* Exhibitors/Vendors are asked to not tear down their exhibit until the end of the evening on Saturday Sept 19.
* Exhibitors/Vendors set up inside must be out of the building by 11:00 p.m Saturday night. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* Exhibitor/Vendor set up begins Thursday (4/17) at 4.p.m.
* Exhibitor/Vendor agrees to set up for the ENTIRE event. No refunds will be given of you are unable to attend.
* Exhibitor/Vendor spaces indoors are limited to an 8x10 space.  No tents will be allowed inside.


* MCoC is not responsible for food permits or sales taxes of products sold.

* Maypearl sales tax rate is .0825%. If you don’t have the Texas Sales And
Use Tax Permit, contact Texas State Comptroller at 1 (800) 252-5555 or
apply online at http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxpermit/.  You will be required to have your sales tax permit. please email a copy of your Sales Tax Permit to info@maypearltx.com.  There are some exemptions for vendors that qualify.  Please see the attached link for occasional sales exemptions.  Garage Sales and Occasional Sales (texas.gov).  We are available to answer questions so please either email us or you can call me at 817-229-2400.

* $5 from each vendor is required to be paid to the City of Maypearl which will be paid in one lump sum after all vendor fees are collected by The Maypearl Chamber of Commerce. 

* Food Handler's Certification: https://www.efoodcard.com/tx.  Please email a copy of your certification to info@maypearltx.com
* Food Vendors: Any food, excluding meat, that does not require time or temperature control to prevent spoilage may be sold without permits. For more info please see: https://texascottagefoodlaw.com/sb-572-summary/

* Acceptance is based on a first come, first served basis.
* The Chamber has the right to refuse acceptance of any Exhibitor/Vendor.

* Please ensure you are detailed in your description of items being sold.
